We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Billing is processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Creem and/or Paddle).
We may store billing-related identifiers such as customer ID, subscription ID, plan status, and credit balance to provide the service.

Provide, maintain, and improve SnapListing’s functionality (including generating outputs from uploaded images).

4. How we share your information

We may share your information with:

AI service providers (to generate outputs from your uploaded content), such as Google Gemini and/or OpenAI. These providers may process your uploaded images and related inputs to produce the requested output.
Infrastructure providers used to host and operate the service, such as Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database and file storage).
Payment providers such as Creem and/or Paddle to process subscriptions and payments.
Legal and safety: if required to comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

5. Image storage and access

Uploaded images are stored in our storage system to enable the service and your history. We store uploaded images in a private storage bucket and control access (e.g., via authenticated access and time-limited URLs).

You should not upload sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, financial information, or medical information) in images.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service and for legitimate business purposes (such as security, billing, dispute resolution, and compliance).
